POST api/Tickets/TicketsTransfer

Transfer tickets from the user to another with the same role. Only administrator can do it.

UserProviderKeyFrom	(Required) The user from whom the tickets will be transferred.	string	None.
UserProviderKeyTo	(Required) The user to whom the tickets will be assigned.	string	None.
OpenTicketsOnly	True - Only open tickets will be transferred. False - All user's tickets will be transferred.	boolean	None.
